Furthermore Quantum has extensive practical experience in the consolidation of municipalities and cities into larger units to realise industrial and commercial park projects and logistics centres. The range of services includes the preparation of decision-making basics, discussing and negotiating in front of the decision-making plenum, execution of feasibility studies and budgeting, preparation of statutes, social and service contracts, foundation of enterprises and tax optimisation of the organisational units, as well as the search for prospects and project partners in particular.
